I’m not happy !! I bought my turbo hose on Tuesday last week 24th paid extra for next day and still no goods !! 29th very poor probably DHL but that’s not my problem I’m desperate for this part please update asap I keep hitting face book how poor you are . Gary Howe

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about the delay with your order. According to the tracking from DHL, they attempted delivery twice but reported no one was available to receive the parcel on either occasion. I completely understand your frustration—especially as you paid for next-day delivery and urgently need the part. I’ve contacted DHL to request an urgent redelivery for you We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we get this sorted.

Good online shopping experience, loads of required parts, different makes/brands, great selection, site is easy to navigate and order whether post or in store collect, great website and will use when parts needed !

Supposed to come with the drive shaft securing bolt and both boxes with the drive shafts had no bolt as shown on description. Both security seals on boxes had been slit so I imagine they have been removed. Not good!!

We understand how frustrating this must be, especially as the items arrived with the seals already cut. We’re already working to get this sorted for you. We've contacted the manufacturer to see if they can send out the missing bolts directly. If that’s not possible, we’ll be happy to offer you a full refund or a replacement set—whichever you prefer. Thank you mymotorworld for processing my order. Unfortunately DX Express have let us both down. Whilst on holiday in Cornwall I needed a car battery asap. Ordered on your website and paid extra for next day delivery. Scheduled for Tuesday so we waited in all day glued to the window. Was informed by DX to reschedule as unable to deliver. It got changed to Thusday. At about midday they informed me they would not be able to deliver again. This was our departure day so I had to make my way to the nearest Halfords via local taxi. I have rescheduled our delivery for Birmingham. This has been a massive headache to us. I am not sure we will ever see this battery - worst experience ever. Please read motor world reply - thanks............Update on previous review. Still no delivery from the laughable DX Express. They keep cancelling half way through the day telling me to rebook. Thanks for your reply to my initial review. At the moment I don't want a refund I want to see if these Muppets can actually make a delivery. Additional latest news! The battery never turned up which was no surprise! Mymotorworld were great to talk to and were very apologetic. They gave me a full refund when I finally gave up three weeks after my initial order. Thanks.

I completely understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been—especially when you needed the battery urgently while away from home. We arranged delivery as scheduled, so it's disappointing to hear DX missed both attempts and left you no option but to source an alternative locally at extra cost. I can see you've updated the delivery address to Birmingham; we’ll continue to monitor the parcel and will do all we can to ensure it reaches you. What a fantastic company I had a problem with my order not the company the delivery company so I contacted my motor world . Com and straight away I received replacement items the following day I will be using them again. Thank you

My worst ever online purchase.. Followed a link from FB (I should have known better) with Mike Brewer singing the praises of MyMotorWorld, and having 40 vehicles in my collection though this could be my kinda shop. So I signed up as a member, WOW freebies, discounts, Free Next Day delivery parts for many of my cars, cleaning products that i'd like to try, what could possibly go wrong? So it's Sunday afternoon I've had a lovely day at a local car show , relaxed I surfed the shop and I made a small order just over £100 but with my Member Discount only £97 but free next day shipping I felt Happy with my purchases.. Thinking as Sunday is not a working day expected my parcel to arrive on Tuesday,next working day after Monday which would be great as I was going to be displaying some of my cars at the Royal Norfolk Show and the detailing products I'd bought would make my cars stand out.. Monday Evri the courrier company My Motor World use even emailed me to say they were expecting my parcel , then they'd got my parcel and it was "on it's way" oh joy Tuesday was going to be a busy day getting my cars ready (evri usually delivers between 11 and 12 so early start and I washed the cars dried them off and waited for the bits to arrive.. and waited......and waited..Tuesday can and went, Hey I'm cool things happen, they'll be here tomorrow and I'll still make the cars look good, Wedensday comes and goes but still no sign of my parcel, Thursday I log on the the chat on MMW, no one availble so it then converts to email with reply saying "Your order has been dispatched...It is advised to track your order online to have the most up to date information on the shipping progress." not helpful I just wanted to talk to a human... anyway I did check on evri but no updates since Tuesday when it was "ON ITS WAY"... I reply explaining evri hasn't updated since Tuesday and got the reply "Thank you for reaching out and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delay in your delivery. I understand your frustration, especially after expecting a next day delivery. Please rest assured that we are committed to resolving this matter as quickly as possible and will keep you updated with any new information. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Thank you MyMotorWorld.com" My frustration and patience is wearing thin now. I just want my stuff I've paid for it, you have my money wheres my sufff (please pretty please) I even suggested you re send the order and cancel the original one which is probably burried in the evri black hole of lost parcels..and I'll buy it again refund the original, . I then get "Unfortunately our couriers are having trouble locating your address. Can you please reply with confirmation of your full delivery address so we can update the courier and avoid any further delays with your order. If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours, the courier will automatically return your goods back to us, and your order will be cancelled and refunded, once returned and processed through our system. We look forward to hearing from you." I reply with my address within an hour and asked if they couldn't find me why did they not call the number that had to be provided on the order, and on Tuesday the evri driver found my house to deliver parcels from a different supplier. It's Friday still no sign of my goods but .... "Thank you, for providing your address. I will ensure that the courier is updated with this information to help avoid any further delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter." losing the will to live and being totally frustrated with the lack of customer care and the fact that next day delivery is now going to probably be 7 Day delivery, and as evri has just delivered another parcel to the same address without issue.. I have now cancelled the order and asked for a refund (which no doubt will take 10 to 14 days to be returned, unlike the seconds it too to take from me) I will be removing myself from the "Members Club" have found the same products at a compititors website even cheaper but have to spend £30 for free shipping although I'd be happy to pay for shipping if I knew it would arrive in the timescale promised. I've met Mr Brewer a few times at events, so trusted him, is he the owner of MY Car World or just a paid face to lure customers in, either way as Isaid at the begining of this review "My worst ever online purchase.. " but unlike Arnie "I WON'T BE BACK"

Box looks good and solid with nice paint finish. Only let down , the drawers feel flimsy. Put some items in and they did appear to stiffen up slightly. just doesn't feel like the drawers will take much ware . Not sure if they are worth the money. Kind regards, Paul.
