“I was taking a holiday a long way from home for which i`d driven my car. Developing a problem, decided to renew my air filter. Hadn`t used My MW before, found them on the net, they could get one to me in a few days, placed the order and paid online, realising i needed to check an order aspect, raised them over the phone, my querie answered, they were ab fab. My order arrived the following day, a saturday, brilliant. Filter installed and i`m now back at home. I`ll be buying from My MW again.”

“I had a query about hose BFH5688 which you responded by saying that it is correct part but that was not what I wanted to know on the hoses supplied the centre cone shaped rubber are fitted the opposite way round to what was fitted and also in diagram shown below this seem to make the hoses stretch to much on full lock could you please confirm that it is ok with the cone shape fitted towards the brake pipe end not the caliper connection end.”

“Purchasing goods from Motorworld is very easy and quick but unfortunately the delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. My recent order was either lost or stolen and the replacement has not arrived yet although it was promised yesterday.”
