“Have bought from motorworld on several occasions and I've always been pleased with the items I've bought. I like it that the site gives you small bonuses and overtime I order, I get an air freshener 😜 would definitely recommend, there products are the cheapest on the market by far.”

“Really disappointed. Put the reg of my car into search bar to make sure I got correct part, the description even said it was compatible with my car. What I was delivered did not fit my car and definitely was not compatible, I had to pay 3x amount for new part in emergency as needed car back on road. Would not recommend to anyone if they are sending wrong parts out.”

“I recently needed a new rear wiper blade for my car, so I decided to visit my local Halfords. Upon arrival, I used the in-store tablet to enter my vehicle registration and was presented with three compatible wiper blade options. However, to my disappointment, none of them were actually in stock. A helpful team member noticed my struggle and kindly offered to check the stockroom, but unfortunately, even after searching, they confirmed that none were available. At this point, I realized my trip had been a bit of a wasted effort. Determined to get the part I needed, I headed home and logged onto MyMotorworld. Within minutes, I found the exact wiper blade for my car, placed my order, and, to my delight, received it just two days later. If only I had done this in the first place, I could have saved myself time and effort! Lesson learned—sometimes online shopping is the quicker and more efficient option. “I originally ordered the spring after going through the online checking procedure. When delivered my mech advised it was the wrong one. I went back on the site which gives me a different part no than the first time. After contacting the team, I returned the coil spring. I ordered the correct one which was delivered the next day. I have since been refunded the original purchase price. Very happy with the service provided”
