“Disappointed, the Castrol 2T Oil that I ordered, which was displayed on your Website was different from the oil that was sent me. It maybe the same grade 2T Oil but the Oil you sent is clear in colour. The bottle of Oil displayed on your Website is Pink in colour and was the oil that I required. You Website is misleading and needs to be updated.”

“Battery issues with our campervan which is also our home so required attention as soon as possible. Site recommended a few batteries that were compatible with our van model and year. Order placed early afternoon on a Wednesday and delivered to our campsite by 11am the next morning. Absolutely fantastic service and quality product, got us back on the road in no time. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use in the future. Fantastic service folks you should be very proud.”

“Beware of the registration search function on this website. 2 incorrect sets of blades sent out and customer services insisted I rectify their error by paying for the returns postage. At least I received a refund but not enough to use again, sorry”

“I thought after hearing the advert on the radio, it would be a good idea to buy my oil and filter from them, but after I had removed my filter I realised motorworld had sent me the wrong one, so I had to get to the shop late on Saturday to get another one.”
