“Let down by shipping - was supposed to be "Next Day" (Thursday). However ended up being 4 days which carried over the weekend in which I had planned to use the fluids. I did complain via. their contact form and received a "standard reply", I would have preferred a discount on my next order or a credit rather than a meaningless apology. On the positive side, their prices were competitive.”
