Only 4 stars as I didn't receive my 15% first order discount as the item was already discounted, although this wasn't very obvious at the time of ordering, and item was delivered 2 days later than stated, that said, still a fair price and I was in no hurry. Item appears to be of good quality, though I haven't fitted it yet but all seems good. Will use motor world again and recommend them.

Good morning. The product arrived well packaged with no sign of damage to either the external or internal packaging. However, I was somewhat disappointed having paid ÂŁ5.95 for 'next day shipping' that it did not arrive until last Thursday 20Feb25 having placed the order last Sunday 16Feb25. I am fully aware that the blame my lie with the courier (ETSI?), but nether the less I still consider this unacceptable having paid almost 1/3 of the cost of the item ordered for handling and shipping. Maybe next time I will use Amazon, and as a Prime member I will no doubt receive the product within one to two days with the additional bonus of free shipping costs on unlimited orders where Prime is applicable, along with an excellent TV streaming service as part of the deal. We completely understand your frustration, especially given the additional cost for next-day shipping. Your order should have arrived on time, and while courier delays are unfortunately outside of our direct control, we appreciate that this does not change your experience. Downside of this buying online when the part is wrong it’s not free delivery on return end of costing more I’m going to your local dealer.
