“Hello Tough to review. Order was easy enough, stated delivery time was good, so I could perform an oil change this weekend. However, your choice to use Evri to deliver is a mistake, in my opinion. Was notified of delivery on Friday and given a time slot. Did not arrive. Saturday, again given a time slot...did not arrive. Will not be delivered today (Sunday) so will not be able to complete the oil change this weekend as planned.”

“Oil Change Service items ordered very early on Friday 22nd August with an estimated delivery on Tuesday 26th (after August Bank Holiday Monday). However, the items were delivered on Saturday evening, allowing the work to be completed over the weekend! An exellent service from Motor World and delivery partner Evri.”

“I had just returned an order of parts from a different supplier as 3 out of the 5 parts 3 were incorrect! Thankfully ALL the parts I ordered from this supplier were correct, and also came from a more established manufacturer. The price was also very competitive with free delivery and a quick arrival.. I will now always use MY MotorWorld.com whilst this service continues.”

“Transaction went through without issues,but evri delivery went wrong again! This time my goods were 'beyond repair'. I think motorworld need to change their delivery company, they are the worst in the business. Other than that, can't fault motorworld.”
