I thought it would be easy ordering brake discs give the make of the car and the reg but not to be You still sent the wrong parts . And trying to find out how to send them is even harder they will now answer the phones and the web site is not working

Ordered my oil from motorworld on the 30th April, and as of 6th May I still haven’t received it, I rang motorworld and spoke to someone who said they would look into it, but I didn’t get a reply. I needed the oil by 4th May so had to go and purchase it locally. Annoyingly now if/when it arrives, I will have to go through the fuss of returning it. Poor customer service.

Hi, I am trying to get details of how to return the incorrect Discs Front for my Citroen C1. I have akeady phoned and spoken to someone on Friday 2nd May and Emailed but have had no respnse other than three request for a revue. Order number 100154350 ordered on the 28th April. Cheers Duncan Muir
