“The web site is good and user friendly, and I was happy when I heard that my order had arrived , but was disappointed when only half of the order arrived . Good communication when this was highlighted and said it would be with me in 24 hours , 2 days later still no delivery…….. not a happy customer”

“This is not the battery I ordered , this is a vauxhall battery , I want the battery I preveied on your site or a collection and refund , I want a moprod battery.”

“Completely use less and remi was totally un fair sent rover bearing instead of transit bearing but sent me transit disc was OK but wouldn't put the mistake bearing rite for me so il never shop there again .”

“The battery was covered in battery acid, the plastic it was wrapped in had maybe half a cup of acid in it. Had to clean and dry it.”

“I have ordered a number of parts from My Motor World and was very stisfied with what cam e. However, I do give My Motor World 5 stars, but the delivery service they use are not up to par. I asked for next day delivery when I order parts, which I expected to be Tuesday, it came via Evri and it didn't arrive until Thursday. If possibel, could you have a choice of delivery companies so that we could get our parts when expected?”
