“I haven't received the item, which was supposed to be delivered on 1st may 2025 it didn't arrive. I waited on 2nd may still nothing arrived . Contacted the courier with tracking number have been told sender has not sent item. As its bank holiday I am unable to contact seller until 06/05/2026, so unable to leave a positive review”

“I ordered discs and pads but after ordering my order was upgraded as the parts I ordered were not avaliable a good thing your thinking but I ordered for the front axle but got discs and pads for the rear axle and I contacted them over a week ago and still have not had word back about this mix up.”

“Original product went out of stock after I ordered. Upgraded battery was supposed to arrive on a Tuesday but was lost. I was given to different tracking. I needed the battery urgently so had to source battery elsewhere and cancel my order with you. Would be good to have online customer service available to speak to after I get home from work. Disappointed with my first order experience with yourselves. J”
