“There are lots of sites that sell Bosch products and I thought I would give these guys a try. Easy to order, payment was easy and delivery was exceptionally quick. I will add them to my list of car parts suppliers for future purchases.”

“Three items I've bought from this company and every item was wrong it wasn't even close. Never had this problem with any other parts company. Returns is terrible and they come up with excuses that you must phone them first when ordering parts the load of bull. Will not be a returning customer.”

“Excellent service from motor world my part didn't arrive when it should have due to courier couldn't find my address. I contacted motor world and they were straight on it with the courier for it to be delivered asap. Highly recommend.”

“Very good service and delivery was pretty dependable a couple of days so it gives you time to organise jobs round deliveries. I had ordered discs and pads and paid for them but they didn't have the make that I ordered in stock so sent me more expensive ones at no extra cost excellent customer service.”

“I got the wiper blades eventually but it wasnt the "next day" service advertised. Ended up about a week. I did get good response when I reported that the package I received didn't have the blades in. I was told they were being dispatched immediately, but they were not and I had to chase a second time and then they were disptached with tracking information this time and they arrived.”
