Somehow, MyMotorWorld was able to conduct an online payment using a former address of mine! How on earth can anyone do that with todays online anti-fraud security measurers? As a result, the details used old data and sent the Battery to the wrong address - vacant property. DX Couriers realised the property was vacant and put the battery back on their van. On the same Friday, I checked my emails in the afternoon and realised the error, so rang DX. The confirmed they could change the address to the correct one, where all my finacial, payment and polling information relates to and the delivery was rescheduled for Monday 11/08. The DX tracking system corroborated this but I did voice my sadness and being able to have the goods redelivered to the new address (which they pass every day anyway) over the Saturday or Sunday. DX confirmed they couldt accommodate this but I coyuld drive 20 or so miles to collect from their depot (no thanks!). What really miffed me was the DX van, the same one that was carrying the delivery, dropped a consignment of goods across the road from my house mid to late on the same afternoon I had contacted them. If they had have sent text updates, I could have dealt with this in the morning and we may have all saved time and inconvenience. Anyway, today is Tuesday (afternoon) and no update on tracking from Friday or Monday other than to say the battery is in Preston storage. So I rang, and guess what? DX confirmed I could go to Preston to collect but no, regadless of the prior confirmed redelivery day of yesterday, the parcel wont be delievered, een today. No offer of 'ah but we will get it you tomorrow; guaranteed', so I told them 9DX) send the thing back. Life really is too short to make arrnagements to always be here hen something aint being delivered!. Part my fault (should've checked the delivery address!), part MyMotorWorld fault (they shouldn't be processing online sales using cards that don't match invoicing address - very poor anti fraud security!). A lot DX's fault, for not using txt to update or confirm delivery, for making promises and written confirmations of resheduled delivery days that they don't keep or even nearly meet!).

I entered my reg for a car radiator what arrived was not compatible with my car. Still waiting to see how I return this. Looks like they are wanting me to pay for returning this. Will NEVER use this site again
