Ordered wiper blades by inputting my registration chose blades that showed where compatible. Only to find out that they are not infact compatible and there are 18 options for my vehicle. Apparently its my fault because I did not check with them before ordering. WHY SHOW IT COMPATIBLE ON WEBSITE IF ITS NOT!

Initial experience was good. Easy to find item and order. I had bought roof rack from particular trip. Paid for next day delivery. Item never arrived which was disappointing. On the plus side company was quick to refund cost of next day delivery. Item still didn't arrive so had to cancel order which again was quickly refunded and dealt with. It feels more like delivery courier was the issue not Motorworld. Just not great overall

Parcel was not delivered and nobody wants to take responsibilities for the missing parcel. It was protein to be done on the next day of delivery and nut received causing problems with the person. Who was going to do the job

When I paid £6 for next day delivery and I turns up like its been kicked from your warehouse to my door a day late? you should not need my opinion you should be making amends.
