“I ordered a cooker hood and when the electrician opened the box there were several parts damaged (he felt it wasn't padded well enough) I dreaded calling theme as was prepared foe a fight but after emailing the pictures I got an email to let me know that the damaged hood was being collected tomorrow (next day) and the new one the day after that..... now that was what I call excellent customer service”

“The cooker hood I purchased was a great price compared to the same hood with other companies . Communication from My appliances was exellent . The hood arrived very quickly . All round it was an exellent service & would strongly recommend, Tim Cook”
