“the NB bodysuit was huge! much bigger than the NB bodysuit my baby is wearing atm. Also it was for fathersday. It said it will arrive on Tuesday the 10th but it didn’t arrive until Monday the 16th…”

“I have now ordered 3 of the little backpacks which have been embroidered with names. The font is different on each, perhaps I would have preferred a nicer colour on the boys safari backpack as it is a tan colour which I find drab and not in keeping with design.
Unfortunately I ordered 2 at the same time which were sent in the same box so I now have to purchase another gift box as they are obviously for different recipients.
The backpacks are lovely and appear to be good quality.”

“I was really disappointed with my Father’s Day T-shirt, I have bought regularly from the site and I have previously been impressed with the quality. However, on this occasion with one cold wash all of the colour came off of the T-shirt and I’m now left of a plain white T-shirt.”

“I have ordered my first years many times over the past few years & have always found it fantastic- however this time I ordered a doll and personalised box - the doll was perfect. The box was way too big for the doll, it was damaged & also had Borthday on it instead of birthday -which was disappointing so I couldn’t use it in the end after paying extra for it”

“I ordered a gift from My 1st Years with express delivery. The delivery was late, and the gift box arrived damaged, which completely ruined the presentation.
Customer service initially offered a partial refund, then suddenly backtracked and refused, claiming the box was “free”, completely missing the point that it was part of the gift/service. Despite me clearly explaining the issue several times, they repeatedly ignored my concerns and danced around the problem to avoid actually addressing it.
A frustrating experience from start to finish. I won’t be using them again.”
