“The items I’ve ordered were of nice quality and good looking, however the inside frame of the picture frame didn’t fit at all and I had to cut it in order to fit. Something you would not expect to do if you pay £25 for a personalised frame.”

“Items ordered for a gift were nice - however, they didn’t arrive within the delivery window that was given at point of purchase.
If the delivery was going to take longer than advertised I would have shopped elsewhere to ensure I had the gift in time for a birthday party.
When contacting the customer service team the response was not the most helpful either.. and they also didn’t respond within their advertised response time.”
