“It starts off cheap but soon as you have got the shipping on and personalised it it goes from like £18 to nearly £30 which is quite expensive if you have more than one child”

“I ordered a rocking chair and a personalised bible.
The rocking chair arrived without all of the correct screws and the cover around the box for the bible is peeling away and bubbling where it hasn’t been wrapped well.
It’s very disappointing when they’re special gifts and I’d spent a lot of money on them.”

“Poor customer service, poor quality control, item was gift for Granddaughters 1st Birthday and personalisation is poor, the O looks like a number 8. I have emailed company but no refunds or returns on personalised items so beware”

“Gorgeous product, boxed so nicely!! The only thing i would suggest is not having next day delivery available as an option as was advised after placing that this isnt acheivable after i emailed chasing on where my order was and got it 5 days after I ordered and I paid for next day delivery.”
