“I made a mistake with my order and thanks to Aleksandra who is in the Management team the issue was sorted and very quickly.
Aleksandra pulled out all the stops and sent out the replacement backpack on the next day delivery so that the little boy had his gift for his birthday party.
The packaging and quality of the backpack is beautiful.
As a first time customer I was very pleased and felt listened to and valued.

“We as a family love My 1st years! I are lucky enough to receive and also gift friends and family’s child through out the years.
Our first item was gifted to my daughter which are a beautiful music carousel 🎠 for her 1st birthday. She is now three and loves playing it.
