“We ordered a personalised wooden toy for a Christening gift. The toy itself is lovely, however we were deeply disappointed to find that the inner packaging of the item arrived opened. When queried, the reply is that when they personalise it they have to open the product. While I do understand, gifting a special item that appears to the recipient to have been used or tried doesn't match the special occasion. I think it was just a surprise as I didn't see it stated on the listing when you choose it to be personalised.
But again, packaging removed, still a lovely product.”
