“The floppy eared rabbit I ordered for my newborn granddaughter was beautiful with her name on one of the floppy ears, really good quality, I was well impressed. “I ordered 2 dressing gowns for twins. Names to be embroidered, one grey and one white. They were both embroidered in grey but as it was near to Christmas I didn’t want to risk sending them back. This was just carelessness in reading the order and carelessness in checking before they were sent out. So disappointed generally.”
