“Two fairly poor experiences. A while back I ordered a bag , it arrived with the a loose zip, I didnāt want it to be sent back to landfill so I kept it and fixed it myself, I was offered a Ā£5 gift card but I donāt think I used it. Second experience, a present for a baby shower, arrived a day late, too late for me to take, so I had to post it on, but the green āgift boxā was completely damaged so I had to repack it too :( offered Ā£5 gift card but I wonāt attempt it a third time”

Please note that our standard delivery service is not guaranteed for a specific date, and while we always aim to deliver on time, occasional delays can happen, especially during busy periods. We understand how frustrating this must have been for a time-sensitive gift.
