“Damaged item. Damaged packaging that was already ripped open inside the box. Awful service. Very unhelpful. Ordered 3 personalised gifts clearly for 3 different people and they would not send these items in 3 gift boxes.”

“I have ordered several items for my great grand children & am very happy with everything from ordering to delivery.....each item is packed beautifully & arrives when specified.
Also they are very accommodating....I wanted to order a soft toy with my great granddaughters name on but only allowed 8 characters but I needed 9. I contacted My 1st Years & explained my problem & they immediately told me to go ahead & order the item then notify customer services with the order number & they would add the extra character which I really appreciated, I would highly recommend My 1st Years”

“The quality of the product that I ordered was excellent and the delivery time was as advertised. However I have ordered twice now a product which comes with a complimentary presentation box and on both occasions the box has been damaged which is disappointing.”
