“It’s fine (as are a million and one other job sites out there!), but the fact that any school would use this to screen internal candidates is beyond me. As an internal, you’ve already been through the process to get the job at the school, there needs to be a separate way for internal applicants.”

“Usually I never bother to leave feedback. But due to the platform interference I never realised that I got a letter from the school, and failed to read a letter regarding an interview invitation. I failed to read the schedule, and turned up completely not prepared. Again, this is not due my lack of attention to details, nor the lack of care and interest, but mostly due to the format and the communication appearance that the platform provides. I found it confusing, got only notification on my phone... It definitely deviates from all interviews, or job seeking processes I've had so far and not in a positive way.”

“The app is okay and saves me time of filling my profile for each position but when I opened the signature page on laptop (screen torch), it keeps moving the page about. I need to open the app on my phone before I could sign effectively. I don't know if this is a general issue or peculiar to my laptop”
