“MynewTerm is user friendly. Easy to fill up application form and it gives feedback on when one has submitted and whether the application has been downloaded by the employer. However, l am still waiting whether l was successful or not.”

“MyNewTerm allows you to keep a track of your applications which is a nice thing as you are able to follow up on your applications. The filters allow you to specifically look at what you are interested in. Also fast tracks your applications as all the details are already in the application.”

“Subject teacher/ form master, Nalerigu Senior High School, Ghana with a total population of 3000 students Full time teacher of French/English languages for 3 separate classes across first year to third year and a form master/class teacher to a year 1A class. Classroom behaviour and management, ensure all students are improving Maintaining a safe, conducive and happy learning environment for all students. Monitoring student progress semester by semester through exercises, assignments, project work, exams and extra-curricular activities. Lesson planning and delivery/implementation in line with approved international standards. Managing/mentoring teaching assistants and teacher trainees on teaching practice/internship. Working with teaching and non-teaching staff to plan and manage work Full responsibility and progress management of year 1A class because of my responsibility as a form master/class teacher Taking part in Professional Learning Community to keep up with new and effective international standards of teaching and learning Subject teacher/headmaster, Namangu Junior High School, Ghana with a total population of 1000 pupils. Full time teacher of French/English languages for 3 separate classes across first year to third year and a headmaster of the school. Oversaw teaching at the school and ensured that classes covered and met the requirements set out by the governing body as a headmaster of the school Monitored teaching and vetted teachers’ lessons plans as a headmaster of the school Despite performing the above roles as a headmaster of the school, taught both French and English languages in the school. Did national service in the same school as a teacher Subject teacher/cultural coordinator/sports master, Nalerigu R/C Junior High school, Ghana with a total population of 2000 pupils Full time teacher of French and English languages for 3 different classes across first year to third year Wrote reports and monitored attendance by marking register. Planned lessons and promoted mutual respect between myself and pupils. Attended in-service training to keep up with new and effective international standards of teaching and learning. Liaised with parents to provide child-centered learning materials. Assisted with printing and ordering documents including question papers. Volunteered to organize sports and entertainment activities for pupils.”
