“Excellent customer service. I have never needed to return an item to them, everything is carefully packaged and arrives promptly. Great website with an extensive range of items with good descriptions. Competitive prices and free postage on items over £60 is a good incentive. Overall I would recommend them to anyone looking for dolls, clothes and related items.”

“I appreciated the ease of ordering from MDBF. I had a few question, which were quickly answered and my Wichtel doll arrived quickly(by intl shipping standards) in perfect condition. My only tip for others - check your junk mail. It had their answer, but I didn’t check.”

“I like this store, the staff is very attentive, always try to help, the range is wide, help to unite or divide the order, if you ask. But I did not put the highest points, because I do not always get answers on the feedback form and twice I failed to buy Gotz dolls, despite the fact that I did everything correctly. my daughters didn't get the dolls they wanted, and there were a lot of tears.”

“I enjoyed using the web site and found lots of lovely products. I downloaded some of the free knitting patterns and these have been very good, easy to follow and good results. My purchases arrived promptly, and were nicely packaged. I had seen similar products on other websites, but I liked the fact with My Doll Best Friend, that I was not dealing with a seller located in China.”

“I highly recommend this shop. The stock is beautiful,it is posted fast and packaged really well. Definitely one of my favourite shops to buy from . I have no idea what their customer service is like ,as never had a problem with any of my purchases ,so not had to deal with them. But am guessing it would be as great as the rest of the service from this shop 😊”
