“I bought the D'NENES MARIETA DOLL (BLUE FOREST) 36CM on behalf of my Mother, who doesn't have internet access, for her Great Granddaughter. The order process was very easy on the website and we were kept up to date by e-mail of when the doll was going to arrive. She arrived on time and was well protected in the box (and very pretty!)”

“Gorgeous Kathe Kruse doll (Arianna Child of Fortune) which will be played with and loved by my 5 year old daughter for years to come (and maybe some grandchildren if I'm lucky!) Absolutely top quality and such attention to detail - the hair feels very real, the clothes are wonderful. We love the fact that she has a soft body. Her face is beautiful. Thank you - my daughter adores her. Bought a few items of clothes not in the KK range but the Heless range to fit the doll and they are much loved too; a yellow raincoat and a green daisy summer dress. The MDBF hairbrush we've stopped using as we feel it is damaging the hair, so that was a bit of a shame. Also as we are using the doll and playing with it, it would have been good to have more photos ahead of purchase. Just one photo for such a big purchase (for us anyway!) was a bit scary. I did email and ask for more photos but I was told this wasn't possible. But overall - thank you, German toys are the best! Such top quality and made to last.”

“Excellent customer service. Communication is excellent. Where there are offers/ limited stock they make it fair to all. Delivery is spot on and if there are delays they keep you informed. Despite the fact they deliver all over the world you feel they bother to know their customers and respond individually. Prices and stock are second to none. Be you a collector, or a doting adult, or someone saving up their pocket money they are the first choice for many.”
