“Despite someone being in the delivery address, the courier company delivered it to a different address Yes as specified the delivery drivert obtained a signature as specified But what is the point of a signature if the courier company delivers it where they like”

“Service and ordering online were 1st class and the parts are just what you expect. My only niggle is that I'm required to stay in all day, on whatever day the delivery happens to be on, to be able to sign for the part. Except I wasn't able to stay in and the part arrived via Royal Mail and was posted through the letterbox onto the sleeping dog who ate it!”

“Although the item was showing out of stock, I was in no rush so placed the order. Over the following week I was kept informed and then advised the order was ready to dispatch. It arrived the next day. All round, very good service. Thanks”
