“Good afternoon Can I respectfully suggest you update the delivery wording on the website to temper customer expectations? The website delivery page states, "If you order before 3pm, Monday to Friday, we will dispatch the same day." My recent order (3273212) was placed online at c. 13.45hrs on Minday 7 March 2022 and your confirmation email that day stated the goods would be despatched that same day (7th). However, it appears that the order was packed and marked dispatched at 5.07pm, after the 3pm cut off for next day delivery. The goods arrived OK via your carrier (who was extremely polite and helpful) on 9 March, not next day as "advertised". Kind regards Howard Taylor”

“Amazing next day delivery, part came exactly as advertised. The polished metal looks amazing in my silver nb engine bay. Makes a world of difference to the sound under load and the throttle response is more responsive too. The induction noise isn’t overwhelming, if you’re thinking about getting one just take the jump. What it won’t give in power gains it more than makes up for in smiles per gallon.”
