“Bought a pair of Door to Glass Weatherstrips which arrived fast, however on opening the pack, a few of the clips had snapped ends because there hadn’t been any bubble wrap. Luckily I had some clips from the old strips anyway.”

“I have bought parts from MX5parts over the years. I don’t normally fault them. For my most recent purchase, importing a radiator from UK to France, I have had a rotten time gauging the estimated delivery date which no person or app was able to provide accurately (MX5parts, their chosen logistics handlers, the postal services moving the parcel). I’m fairly sure it’s because of Brexit, there’s some delays because of new procedures. The packaging wasn’t the best, the top of the box was open on delivery, originally closed by large staples, without tape. Inside, the part was held in place with two thin polystyrene supports, no other protective wrapping. Thankfully there were no loose parts in the order.”

Hi Lois - thanks for your feedback, unfortunately, post Brexit we continue to have issues with international delivery times and speed, something that we are constantly monitoring and working with our delivery partners on. “Not the first time I've used MX5parts and, as usual, easy to order and swift delivery (brake pads, fitting kit and rear disks). I opted for genuine Mazda parts more for personal peace-of-mind tho they did have a good range of alternative parts to choose from across a wide price range. As I say, I opted to use OEM kit and everything I needed was supplied. All-in-all, MX5parts take the worry out of ordering, with clear pictures just to help confirm the ID.”

“I was told that vat would be deducted if it was being delivered to France, it was not deducted and I had to pay vat in France. I e-mailed you, but have had no reply. My mistake on the site or server i used price showed was without vat.”

“On of the item the break handle is in fact not compatible with my car, which version is mx5 NC of 24/12/2010 version Euro5. The hol diamètre is too slall. Your item description is not precise enough.”

“DRL for my 2008 MK3, great look! They fit perfectly, the DRL are very bright and, as the car is black, it appears as a facelift. Very high visibilty. The foglights seem ok, waiting for next autumn to test if they work well but the light seems better then the standard foglights. I'm very satisfied.”

“I ordered a car part and £100.00 in gift vouchers for my husband's birthday. I had misunderstood the description of the vouchers and thought that there was an option to receive them electronically. I called to ask when this might happen after I placed the order online, and was advised this would be done via email on the next working day. This was incorrect information, and when I queried this it was denied this was ever said to me which left a bad taste and marred the gift as the package did not arrive in time for his birthday. Had I been given the correct information, I would have made arrangements to purchase another gift on the day. From the tone of the email I received, I guess the person thought I was trying to get 2 sets of vouchers, which was not the case at all.”
