“I was having trouble locating the essential clips and parts for my mechanic to reattach my driver's door lower sill and the assistance I received from the Special Parts department was exceptional. They informed of the anticipated delivery date and, once all parts had been received, they arrived very quickly and securely. All 16 bits were in the parcel, individually wrapped.”

“I didn’t think I could get hold of a new air flow sensor anymore but managed to get one on this site and it was delivered in a couple of days. Cured the fault and back on the road. Great place to get parts from. Would definitely use again.”

“I own an Abarth 124 spider and my window regulator had failed. The underpinnings my car are based on the MX-5 so parts are the same. I bought a window regulator from mx5 parts and it was the cheapest around by a long margin. The delivery was really quick and well packaged. I'd highly recommend the company due to my great experience. I'll be buying from them again if I need any further bits.”

“I've had mixed feelings about my recent experience with this online car parts store. While I was initially excited to find the parts I needed at decent prices, the shipping process has been quite disappointing. I specifically wanted my order to be sent via courier (like FedEx), but because of the weight, the store opted to use Royal Mail instead—without even contacting me to ask how I’d like to proceed. Now, the package is taking much longer than expected to arrive, and the tracking information is sparse and unhelpful. It’s frustrating not knowing where my order is or when I can expect it, especially when a simple email or message could’ve resolved this before shipping. That said, I still hope to become a regular customer. The store has potential, but better communication and more flexible shipping options are definitely needed. I’m willing to give them another chance—but I hope they take this feedback seriously.”
