“I own an Abarth 124 spider and my window regulator had failed. The underpinnings my car are based on the MX-5 so parts are the same. I bought a window regulator from mx5 parts and it was the cheapest around by a long margin. The delivery was really quick and well packaged. I'd highly recommend the company due to my great experience. I'll be buying from them again if I need any further bits.”

“I've had mixed feelings about my recent experience with this online car parts store. While I was initially excited to find the parts I needed at decent prices, the shipping process has been quite disappointing. I specifically wanted my order to be sent via courier (like FedEx), but because of the weight, the store opted to use Royal Mail instead—without even contacting me to ask how I’d like to proceed. Now, the package is taking much longer than expected to arrive, and the tracking information is sparse and unhelpful. It’s frustrating not knowing where my order is or when I can expect it, especially when a simple email or message could’ve resolved this before shipping. That said, I still hope to become a regular customer. The store has potential, but better communication and more flexible shipping options are definitely needed. I’m willing to give them another chance—but I hope they take this feedback seriously.”

“Ordered a number of bits to get my car through its MOT. Eibach Springs, Yellowstuff pads and some bits to make it feel better. Rapid delivery even if the bits where for a Fiat 😬 Eibach springs have made such a difference to how the car sits.”
