“To be frank my experience is mixed so far. I appreciate the fact that the products you sell are genuine mazda parts and not some copy imitation from a country I barely know. I also appreciate that the sales dept have sent me emails informing me, the items ordered have been dispatched. However, it would be hugely appreciated, if a tracking number was provided with the service. I'm aware that the parts are shipped by airmail (Royal Mail) and that it should take 5 - 7 days till delivery (8 days passed so far, and I don't have my items yet). I bought other parts from different establishments supplying MX5 parts, and they have provided me with a tracking number, so I know exactly where they are at the moment. Without this, I don't know whether the parts arrived in Malta (where I live) or not. Whilst I do hugely appreciate that you supplied genuine parts and that I had the opportunity to buy items from your business, I would highly appreciate if a tracking number was provided. That way I wouldn't worry whether my items are ok, or lost or whatever.”

Hi Mark Your order left our warehouse on the 1st March via a Royal Mail service. Unfortunately, this is an untracked service therefore we are unable to give you any tracking details for this particular order. However, we are aware that international orders are currently taking 2-3 weeks to arrive therefore we expect this to arrive with you in the next 7-10 days. “The kick plates look fantastic, they were easy to fit, I followed other people's advice and didn't use the paper templates that came with the product, but traced round the plates with a pencil. Delivery was really quick, would definitely recommend this company.”

“I ordered a battery for my NB MX5 by phone. Got good friendly advice. Ordered Wednesday pm, it arrived Thursday am. EXCELLENT. I read the extra advice that came with the battery, and so ordered a cut-off switch by phone. The different guy I spoke to asked me to order on line, but I asked him to handle it. He then told me the part was not in stock, and was likely to take a week or so. I then received 4 e-mails saying the same thing, plus one more saying the part had been sent. I received the part before I got the last e-mail! I suggested that 4 e-mails saying exactly the same thing was a bit OTT, but then got another one saying no-one else had complained, and there was nothing wrong with the system. It's not a big problem, just annoying when the basic system itself is fine. This review covers 2 items, but your boxes only allow one choice!!!”
