“Ordering the product (a Panasonic battery) was easy and the shipment to Spain took about a week. I received multiple updates from the courier company, and the battery was finally delivered one day after the indicated date (that's OK). As expected, I did not pay UK VAT but was charged a 21% sales tax in Spain. The only surprise was that in addition to the sales tax, there was an extra Customs fee of about 20€. Buyers from the EU should be aware of these Customs charges, which I could not find in the Terms and Conditions in the MX5parts webpage. Other than that, everything was OK.”
