i paid 100€ more for customs inside my country (France), for a 300€ purchase, it cost a lot. I will not be ordering from England again with these customs prices, write this on your website before customers buy you things.

Hi Jocelyn Thank you for your feedback, we of course don't charge VAT for relevant international orders, however, the tax charges are determined by the destination country therefore this is something that is out of our control unfortunately, but appreciate this can be frustrating. Dear, Really disappointed... I tried several times to place my order via your online shop and contacted also your helpdesk. The payment via SagePay is impossible... There is no possibility to scroll down the formular and proceed to the last step of the payment via Visa Card. (see screen savings annexed). I tried to explain this by phone to one of your colleague (Richard). According to him, the problem is not at MX5 Parts but with my card or the Company securing the payment... I really have my doubts as the formular and procedure are on your own webpage ! Can your IT have a look, please ? Best Regards, Marc

Salve, è già la seconda volta che pago a voi le spese di spedizione e poi le ripago in Italia. Stavolta altri 20 euro in più al ritiro del pacchetto. Purtroppo non acquisterò più da voi...non c è chiarezza sui prezzi. Per lo stesso prezzo lo potevo acquistare in italia presso mx5 garage.

Hi, unfortunately, I have not yet received my item (order n. # 3356311) and I don't know if I'll receive it. I have notified your customer service of a problem with your computer system (or manual intervention, I don't know) which resulted in the filling in the optional form fields of my address that I had never filled in when creating my account, the movement of data from one field to another and the addition of the name of the city of Nice to my address, which I had never put (see attached screenshot) The response of your customer service was that no one of you puts your hands on the customer's account and to contact you again after August 8 if I had not yet received anything. So if you don't solve your problems, please at least give me a refund. Thank you. Best regards, Gian Luca Demarchi

The delivery is way too long. I ordered the 15th and it’s the 26th they told me they gonna delivered it the next few weeks it’s not normal

II find it unacceptable that untracked shipping will be used in 2023. Had I known this earlier I would not have placed the order. After 11 days of shipping, I still haven't received anything.

Hi Luis We can confirm that this order was despatched by Royal Mail on the 17th May. Orders to Spain take around 3 to 4 weeks at the moment, therefore, we apologise for the delay but expect this to arrive very soon. Please do keep a look out for any notices from the local courier re any customs charges that will need to be cleared for the order to be released from customs. Allora il servizio poco chiaro, il materiale e stato bloccato alla dogana e non e stato dichiarato ove fosse stato necessario, pagare una tassa aggiuntiva alla consegna. Sono molto indignato di questo trattamento, non ne ero al corrente e sconsiglio l'acquisto su questo portale.
