“Exhaust arrived quickly. The website description doesnt mention about a gasket so I also ordered one. However, the delivery included two gaskets, one obviously from exhaust manufacturer. So I neednt have purchased an additional gasket. The desriptions of products should be better so you know what you're getting and avoid un-necessary purchases.”

“Unfortunately, Royal Mail 24 does not mean your parcel will arrive in 24 hours. MX5parts might do well to consider a more reliable courier.”

“Although the product quality should has no doubt as you guys are long enough in this industry. But I still wanna point out to the international buyer. They send via Royal Mail without tracking number. Therefore wherever your receiving party is, make sure it has a mailbox and possibly someone can be attentived when the postman rang the bell. P.S: I am not sure will I receive my stuff or not after payment settle more than 2 weeks.”

“Easy to order, good advice on the phone, although only advised that all polybush bushes are similar and both brands sold are popular, despite large price differences! Order took a while to arrive, but in fairness there was a postal strike for 2 days”

“The parts (that you had in stock) arrived quickly. The out of stock item I’m still waiting for and had no indication of when it will be delivered. You email confirming the order & delivery details said you would keep me posted (weekly) with a delivery forecast - this hasn’t happened yet!!!”

“All good - excepting Royal Mail who took 7 days to deliver a small first class package I’d consider tracking. It’s what is mostly available on Amazon and eBay nowadays”
