“Parfait pour nous ! on trouve presque tout pour notre Miata à prix moindre par rapport à Mazda. Livraison impeccable, échanges de mails sérieux et même en cas de souci, on peut s'arranger. Par contre il faut savoir se débrouiller en anglais ....”

“My latest purchase was a new battery which arrived within 48 hours. Unfortunately they had sent the wrong one however, after one short phone call and a confirming EMail the correct unit arrived the following morning. Mistakes can happen but it’s the speed with which matters are corrected that’s a sign of a company that cares. Incidentally the Westco battery is superb.”

“MX5 Parts are a fantastic source of MX5 parts - that one bit you can't even get from a scrappy? They'll probably have it. Not sure what you need because you don't have enough experience? They'll have it. A great range of hard-to-find parts at reasonable prices, with fast, cheap(ish) postage. Easy to use website and online ordering with fast dispatch of items ordered. Online reviews from other customers are also extremely useful especially when it comes to fitting instructions, tips and tricks. I hope that MX5 Parts will be around for at least as long as I own an MX5 (I'm already on my second in 23 years, so we're hoping that'll be quite a while yet...)”

“Sadly their same day shipping is very optimistic to say the least. Around 30%of orders I have placed have taken 3 or more days to ship. Site also shows parts due this week but if you ring to check suddenly it will be 6 weeks but they don't update website.”

Hi Brian - we are very grateful for your loyal custom and can see you are a regular customer of ours. We can assure you we try to ship all of our orders on the same day where possible, but occasionally in extremely busy periods such as a sale or orders placed at a weekend may mean they are shipped within 2 to 3 days. In terms of the lead times quoted, again we always provide the most accurate information we have, however some of the parts that come from Japan are difficult to give definitive timescales as we get given quite a wide delivery window.
