“I was told after purchasing a product that there is no tracking. if there is no tracking and i dont receive the product how do we know where it is. I still havent received my product and cant track it”

Hi Philippe - we are sorry you are disappointed in the tax charges you had to pay, these aren't charges that we control unfortunately and are set by the destination country's import duties department. “Ordered a wheel cover on a Friday afternoon ( before 2pm) and it arrived on Saturday afternoon !! Great service from mx5 parts . My only critique was the cost of a piece of plastic the size of a saucer with a retaining clip and a stick on badge for £42 !! Admittedly the high postage and vat didn’t help , but fab service all the way .”
