“Very bad service. Exhaust manifold comes with bad welded coupler for egr pipe which I think it’s done intentionally so the customers purchase the egr delete kit. And the customer service trying to convince me that the egr pipe on my car was wrong which I repeatedly told him that was the same with what he was showing me. If I had the right tools to uninstall it easier from my car i would definitely return it.”

“The battery I bought was perfect however the delivery not so much , took five days to arrive and the tracking app never worked, so no way to know when it would get to me , previous deliveries have been great normally next day , this is a different courier and clearly not so good”

“Horrible got my item and was charged a lot on import taxes it does say it in very small writing on the terms and conditions but when talking to customer support they were. Extremely rude and not understanding at all”

“I ordered a part 11 months ago, I have not received it yet, I have contacted mx5parts and they tell me to contact them by email, I have sent several emails with no response. When I call, they keep saying that they have no emails and would not give me a solution. I keep trying to get the part with no success. £78 in the bin. I have ended up buying it again.”
