“Hello, Very very hangry : at the delivery, I had the very bad surprise to pay a « taxe de douan » of 45€ to get my package. It was Not specified at the ordre. I am filing a complaint. Best regards Philippe”

Hi Philippe - we are sorry you are disappointed in the tax charges you had to pay, these aren't charges that we control unfortunately and are set by the destination country's import duties department. “Ordered a wheel cover on a Friday afternoon ( before 2pm) and it arrived on Saturday afternoon !! Great service from mx5 parts . My only critique was the cost of a piece of plastic the size of a saucer with a retaining clip and a stick on badge for £42 !! Admittedly the high postage and vat didn’t help , but fab service all the way .”
