sorry for the courier charges David, it actually costs us more than £7.50 and we've had too many small parcels go missing with Royal Mail during this strange time we're in as they're not recorded, so to guarantee delivery to save frustration all round the courier is our only option at present.... we are cheaper on the product than anyone else worldwide which offsets shipping a little.

“My brother was very happy with his present. Although the guitar had an inbuilt tuner there were no instructions on use, which I would have expected. I requested no invoice details with the delivery, which they picked up. I found I couldn't use the tracking number, just getting an error message everytime I entered it but I did get a text/email on the day giving a delivery window. Although this meant my brother couldn't plan his day until I got a message. I'm not too worried about minor details, just mentioning here as they were things noted and potential to cause other buyers frustration. Overall service was very good. Thank you.”

“Very efficient outfit, ordered a Duesenberg Les Trem II as an upgrade for one of my guitars, it arrived next day right on time and nicely packaged. The trem actually arrived a couple of minutes after I had finished prepping the guitar for installation, I unpacked all the components and read the instructions whilst enjoying a cup of coffee. Fitting the Les Trem II was a breeze, it works even better than expected. Music Street and the Duesenberg Les Trem II are both ... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”

“I bought my first electric guitar online from Musicstreet. It arrived 2 days later. Very impressive during difficult times. I had a problem with my amp and/or cable which I bought elsewhere and was asked to bring all items down to Musicstreet so they could get to the bottom of it, which they did. Excellent service, considering the faulty part did not come from them. Next I managed to leave my tremolo arm and manual in the empty box I left with them. This was promptly put in the post free of charge. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. This is service above and beyond. I will be purchasing all my music needs from here in the future.”
