“In my experience: Not super fast at getting the order out the door (but quick enough for me). And if you ring or send an email you get a propper friendly, helpful, knowledgable human to talk to. That counts for a lot, I reckon. I was well pleased and will likely use Music Street again. And thanks, fellas, the gear is just what I needed. Kind of horizon expanding.”

“Stock list was up to date and although I ordered after the 1pm deadline for next day delivery, my amp did come next day and had an email confirmation to say that it would. You can’t better that.”

“We are all aware of pitfalls of buying on the web !!!!!! Have no fear as far as Musicstreet is concerned. After a bad deal with another outlet,on surfing the web for my desired guitar, I came across Musicstreet who had exactly what I was looking for. I must say dealing with Andy Childs in particular was a real pleasure( including a little banter). On receiving my guitar within 24 hours, superbly packaged and secure it was as stated " as new" and was as one says " exactly what it said on the tin. " Superb service and a pleasure to deal with, will call in when down in Cambridge and thank them all personally Many,many thanks, Rob Leighton”

“I've been a MusicStreet customers for over 3 years, whatever my needs from a new guitar, amp or even a repair. Their service is beyond exceptional, professional advice from absolute professional musicians. If you have a question it's answered in minutes even if you tell them..no rush to answer. If a item is not in stock they will get it for you...and quick + delivered. Cannot forget to mention the excellent coffee which is better than well known coffee establishments in Huntingdon. Music Street is my number one choice and my 80 mile round trip is always worth it every time. Keep up the good work Tony, Andy and Dave....even though I can be difficult!”
