“This was my first purchase from MusicStreet, I did an online chat with Sam and all questions were answered and the purchase went smoothly. I bought a PRS SE Hollowbody ii piezo guitar. I had a confirmation email within minutes and Sam was still on chat and also confirmed that the transaction had gone through. He said that the guitar would be checked and set up before sending it out, he also asked how I would like it set up. The guitar arrived in perfect condition two days later. I cannot rate MusicStreet highly enough and will return for further purchases.”

“The owner was very understanding of my complaint ... The courier is NOT VERY GOOD. The boxed Guitar was opened at the bottom something i did not notice when it was delivered. The case locks had been damaged , the Guitar floating bridge was not in position and had scratched the body of the guitar . Further damage was noticed . I immediately phoned the shop to tell them what had happend and arranged to deliver the guitar back to them the next day .This was a 2-1/2 hr drive and over a 200-mile round trip . At the shop the next day staff were horrified as to what had happened and agreed to make a full refund which i am waiting for . The staff were all very nice to deal with . I would recommend anyone to the shop . Thank you again Musicstreet . (The very poor rating does not reflect Musicstreet but the courier company.)”
