“Quick delivery (V Good), but all the discs were heavily marked (Poor) No damage, but would be better customer service if you cleaned the discs on receipt / before dispatch to customers. Spent ages having to clean all the discs I bought.”

“Mostly very good but have received two DVDs that had rather badly damaged cases. Cases being the main reason for purchase, in much the same way as buying a book (as I could just download the films etc.) Large rips and holes. :(”

“Simple enough process although was quicker when could scan barcodes. Free shipping label, order processed quickly and payment received promptly. Could receive more for each item some things only sold for 1p!”

“Bought and unlocked phone and received a locked one .. I returned the phone and was expecting a fast delivery as I ordered the phone because I needed one straight away... 4 days later and they haven't even received the phone I sent with the post label they sent me... I needed this phone to take it on my holidays and I am leaving next week .. they told me the phone won't be likely to be here so I asked for a refund... Let see how long the refund takes..”

“Ok service but twice they’ve lost items sent to them. It’s annoying when this happens as the customer has no way of proving what was sent. The first time this happened the customer service took ages to get back to me.”

“I have sold many CD's/DVD's over time with MusicMagpie and the main improvement is that they pay you much quicker than before. The sad news is that they now doubled their minimum trade-in value from £5 to £10. With many items valued at around the 5-10p mark, it's going to take some quantity to get up there. It will be interesting to see how this developes. I think they will lose a lot of sellers”

“Good prices on used DVDs but not convinced about the quality control system as we have had some badly damaged or soiled products and even one 2 disc film sent with a disc missing and on one occasion they sent us the completely wrong film.”
