“Scanning and sending my books and dvds was a straightforward process. I received slightly less money than I expected and, unless I missed it, I wasn't given a reason why. Don't expect huge amounts of money for your books and dvds though.”

“Very impressed by how easy this service is to use. We had numerous old books, DVDs and computer games that were needed/used. Download the app, create an account and you are away. Simple barcode scanning makes this easy. My only issue is some items are given a truly low value however we didn’t need them so went with it.”

“All very slick, though it could have been clearer that a factory reset on a Samsung S9 doesn't sign you out of Google. It meant that it needed returned and re-sent, in which time its value dropped a further £15.”

“Good price paid for my iPhone, very easy process to ship and track progress online. Only comment would be that they advertise paying on the day they receive the phone and this wasn’t the case for me.”

“Their prices on used items are fantastic, although I wish they would describe the quality of these as I often get badly damaged products. They have a good policy of refunding or replacing CDs/DVDs that don't work properly, but I'd still like to know what level of quality to expect before I buy. I'd also like it if they streamlined their wishlist system as it's a bit slow to load and shows everything, even when it's out of stock.”
