“Easy to use, although I thought they sent a box suitable for sending the cds to them, but no major issue as we had one to recycle. Also I would like to know a reason for them rejecting certain cds?”

“I was very sceptical about buying second hand but I was honestly pleasantly surprised with the condition of the iPhone. Service was absolutely top class, fast delivery, well packaged. Definitely an option if you can afford or refuse to pay “new” prices.”

“My first purchase with MM. Good value iPhone 4 16GB for 49 quid. Payment and Delivery all smooth. The check out was misleading, I didn't know whether all had gone through perhaps another page to confirm transaction would help - otherwise faultless. And guaranteed!”

“Great app on iPhone to scan in products. Free pickup via Hermes and email of postage label is brilliant. Only downside was I didn’t receive the full quoted value of my items (£1 less so no major issue) however an email notification and a reason for this would have been appreciated.”
