“Delivery was amazingly good. I was so very pleased. The only issue I have is that the brushes are a little smaller than I would have liked. However, they are beautiful and the sevice from start to finish was first class”

“Easy to order and pay, and I was kept update on delivery throughout. One observation is that where several items come in a variety of colours/characters, you can’t select an option - it’ll be decided by MB. I’ve bought some green handbells; they come in red and blue too. To order the red ones at a later date, I think I’d have to write and ask specifically to be sent those.”

“Beautiful doll with hair that can be styled. It's very wavy like my granddaughter's hair. In fact the Florence doll looks like my granddaughter. I paid for next day delivery and my parcel did not arrive next day which was very disappointing as I had to give her the doll the day after her birthday.”

“The product was good, the delivery not so. Also I struggled with the ordering as I could not find the font size and was worried it would arrive and be too small, thankfully it was not. I was not happy that I was asked for a review before the product had arrived and it did not arrive for another two days after the request. Thank you.”

“Sweet trike and very well made. It looks fab and the seat is adjustable. Sadly for my 17 month old it is too low and he can't move it along unless standing, which kind of defeats the point. He is taller than peers same age.”
