“Very pleased with the products on the whole. Haven't unwrapped them yet as they're presents, but the quality from Mulberry Bush is always good. Slightly disappointed by the daisy chain kit as it's much smaller than I was expecting from the catalogue. That and the hairband kit are for my granddaughters, and they won't be pleased that one box is much bigger than the other! The colouring book and lion number jigsaw are lovely and have already been well - played with.”

“Pop up animals and roll poly penguin. Not yet used but look to be good quality. 2 of the animal pegs were missing when delivered but I contacted customer services and got an immediate response. The missing items were despatched and received within a few days.”

“Parcelforce pretended they’d tried to deliver, but said no one was in and had left a card with further instructions. A) Someone was in; B) there was no card. In short, we do not believe them. Can’t comment on your product yet as it is a present still to be opened. Thank you, however. Parcelforce’s defects are not yours”
