“The items I purchased are suitable for the children they are intended for. They were well packaged and protected in the box they were dispatched. Can I suggest that more sturdy adhesive tape is used on the upper side of the parcel to make sure it is properly secure. If necessary the 'fragile' tape is added afterwards.”
