Dear Customer, thanks for your reviews, sorry to hear you're disappointed with the embroidery size on your bag. You've not said whether you're disappointed that it's too big or too small, but given the name you requested was short we're wondering whether you're thinking it's too small? The short answer is that the letter sizing it as shown on our website - and is always the same, whatever the length of name. Elaborating, the name you requested was a short name of only 4 characters. We find that if we increase the typeface size for short names it can look crass, just a bit big, and does not match the product image on our website. So for that reason, for any of our embroidered items, we keep the typeface size the same regardless of the length of name. One benefit is that for customers ordering multiple bags the longer name and a shorter name on the two bags are consistant, and if you ever order another in the future that would match in too. We're sorry once again that you're disappointed, but hopefully this explains things. Thanks, Mulberry Bush
