“When my parcel did not arrive on the expected day Mulberry chased the couriers. The expected delivery did not materialise after many phone calls. They then sent a new parcel with a different courier which arrived when expected. Excellent service. The original parcel eventually arrived, approx 6 days late and in a damaged box and was returned to Mulberry Bush. Not many firms would be so obliging, can not praise them enough.”

“The toys I received look good. However I specifically paid for a 24 hour delivery. Parcel Force failed to deliver on time and what’s worse delivered on the day I said was going away despite telling you that they wouldn’t. I’d like a refund for the 24 hour delivery which you should claim from Parcel force.”

“Mulberry Bush provide a large selection of children’s toys & games which are easy to see in either their catalogue or online. The goods I ordered look fine -Xmas presents for grandchildren so we wait to see! But they look ok £ hopefully will be well received.”
