“I loved that you sent us a catalogue and the kids were able to look through it and show me the things they liked. I ordered online and the order was processed quickly and with no errors. The personalised bag I ordered came with the name embroidered which was a nice surprise as I’d thought it would be printed and this looks so much nicer. All in all, a very positive first experience and I’ll be back! Thank you!”

“Delivery & website brilliant. The product - dolls house family, is a Christmas present for our grandson so we carefully unsealed the box. The contents are beautifully and individually wrapped in paper. Lots of care taken with the packaging. We are sure they will be perfect and loved.”
