“Cards are just as we asked. However you should be reconsidering which courier you use for deliveries. Royal Mail advised that our parcel would arrive before 1530 last Wednesday. We waited in for it. We were leaving on Thursday morning for the weekend away, and were furious that our order did not appear as promised, but was presumably going to left on the doorstep on Thursday or Friday in our absence. Our delivery from you was not in a watertight plastic bag and in the present weather was liable to be a sodden mess when we returned home on Monday. Fortunately a friend agreed to come to our house twice on the Thursday to try to retrieve our package, which she found lying on the step in the afternoon, undamaged. Altogether an unhappy delivery experience, which took the shine off the purchase.”

“I chose many Christmas presents from Mulberry Bush for my granddaughters. All the products are of a high quality and they will love them - especially the hunt clockwork teeth which will provide hours of fun. The products came is excellent packaging( recyclable) nd in perfect condition. I have bought gifts from Mulberry Bush before and will again in the future - thank you!”

“Just really want to take a moment to say what a lovely company this is. I emailed them asking for a certain colour of the item I wanted, they very quickly repsponded and told me they were on it. Its was a nice personal message. They actually read my email. Its a nice compnay and delivery was fast. Well dont to them, keep it personal.”
