“Ordered a lovely kitchen - arrived in good time. Had a piece missing and a piece was damaged. Got in contact with Customer Services, who were very helpful. They got in contact straight away with the supplier and arranged delivery of the pieces next day delivery as it was for my son's birthday the following day. Overall, would highly recommend as the product is amazing and when I had an issue, it got rectified immediately.”

“It's a shame you don't ship to the US. My niece in MO loves your wooden toys for her kids - there's nothing comparable Stateside. So I order from you and re-direct to her. I don't open the package - I know it will be what I ordered and it will be well packed. You quoted three days delivery on my most recent orderr - it arrived in two. I knocked a star off for the lack of US shipping. I would, and do, recommend you to other people. Merry Christmas.”
